Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 oz (90 g) cottage cheese
- everything but the bagel seasoning (or any seasoning of your liking)
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella
How to give this recipe a twist:
- Add turkey sausage for a more savory flavor.
- Add broccoli florets or bell pepper for more fiber.
- Not into eggs? Substitute with shredded chicken or shredded tofu for a different variety.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Step 2
In an oven-safe dish crack the egg and add 1/3 of the cottage cheese. Mix until well combined.

Add the seasoning.

Place in oven, about 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
