Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 g) low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup (20 g) sautéed spinach
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated Gouda cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

This dip is a great small meal to add to your soft foods repertoire. It’s high in protein and the spinach adds that much needed fiber as well.

If you’re still in the puréed stage, you can simply adjust this recipe by blending it to purée consistency (add bone broth to modify the texture).

When you’re further along and on solid foods, use this dip with crisp bread, whole wheat toast or veggie sticks.
