Ingredients
- 2 egg bites
- 3 oz (70 g) cucumber
- 2 cheese strings
- handful arugula
- 3/4 apple
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp hemp seed

Peel the skin of the cucumber and apple if you can’t tolerate the skin yet.
Drizzle the apple slices with some lemon juice to prevent the apples from turning brown.
Substitute the cucumber for bell pepper, grape tomatoes or carrots sticks. You can also use regular cheese cubes instead of the cheese strings.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Add a handful of arugula in one compartment of your lunch box. And add 2 egg bites on top.
Step 2
Slice the apple and spread the peanut butter on top. Sprinkle with the hempseed.
STEP 3
Cut the cucumber and cheese strings. Add them to the third compartment.
