About this Recipe
This cottage cheese pizza is everything you love about pizza – melty cheese, savory pepperoni, and a golden crust.
But we all know how some foods (like pizza) can make you run 10 times faster to the restroom than usual.
Yep. Dumping syndrome.
If you ‘ve been around here for a while, you already know that we don’t demonize any foods. At the same time – we DO try to make alternatives that aren’t so heavy on the stomach.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 4 small turkey pepperoni slices
Recipe notes:
-
Blend the crust for best texture
Blending the cottage cheese with the parmesan creates a smoother, more cohesive base that bakes up soft yet stable – no fork and knife required. -
Use a nonstick surface
The crust can be delicate, especially warm. Bake it on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to make removal easy and keep cleanup quick. -
Customize your toppings
Keep it classic with mozzarella and turkey pepperoni, or make it your own – add sliced olives, sautéed mushrooms, or roasted peppers. Just be mindful of moisture-heavy toppings if you want a firmer base.
