Yep, you read that right. With just one ingredient and an oven or air fryer at hand – you can make these crunchy treats in a blink of an eye.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (100 g) grated Gouda cheese

Really. That’s it. All you need is cheese.

You can easily substitute the Gouda cheese for shredded mozzarella too.  

Step by Step Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).

Step 2

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Make 4 equal heaps of grated cheese leaving sufficient space between the heaps.

STEP 3

Place in preheated oven, about 10 minutes.

Serve as singular snack or use a substitute for bread to dip in your soup. Or substitute for chips to dip in your favorite high-protein dipping sauce.
