Ingredients

  • 2 egg bites
  • 3 oz (70 g) cucumber
  • 2 cheese strings

  • 3/4 apple
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seed

Peel the skin of the cucumber and apple if you can’t tolerate the skin yet.

Add a handful of arugula in one compartment of your lunch box. And add 2 egg bites on top.
